He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Salvatore and Arada Salvatore (Lanager); and his siblings, Paul, John, George, Jim, Harry Salvatore, Sylvia Salvatore and Thelma Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Helen L. Salvatore (Macaluso); his children, Scott R. Salvatore of West Chester, Dean S. Salvatore (Sherry) of Freeburg, IL and Mark Salvatore (Suzanne) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Holly (Abby Salvatore), Josh, Krystan (Kody Hassinger), Dawson Salvatore and Ben (Jessie Favre); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Delaney, Clayton Hassinger, Ryker, Maylee Hassinger and Holden Favre.
