He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ross and Angeline Ross (Condeloro); his wife Shirley Ross (Luder); and his siblings, Frank Ross Jr., Maria Meloni and Lucy Ross.
He is survived by: his children, David Phillips (Lisa) of Westcliff, Colo, Susan Stuter (Greg) of Reedsville, Rocco E. Rossinni of Calif and Gina Malbis (Mike) of Orange Beach, Ala.; his great grandchildren, Jennie, Katie, Nick, Erica, Chandra, Joey and Jesse; his great great grandchild Haven; his brother Fred Ross of Reedsville; Lindsay, Claudia and Daphne.
