Reed (Donnie Ruby) of Lewistown, Angela M. Koch (Donald Blessing) of Lewistown and Rebecca D. Koch (Chad Finefrock) of Lewistown. He is also survived by five nieces and seven nephews; and five great-nieces and five great-nephews.
