He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy B. Henry and Roxie A. Breon Henry; his wife Nancy J. Ripka Chamberlin; his son Carlton "Butch" Henry; his grandsons, Christopher Henry and Brandon Weller; and his brothers, Ronald Henry and Richard Henry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dianne L. Warfield, Jr. (John) of Dysart, Gloria J. Fetters (Dave) of Bellefonte, Nancy L. Brown and Stacy L. Ostrofsky of Munson; and his siblings, Betty Zettle of Spring Mills, Adeline Sweeley of Spring Mills and Gerald Henry of Spring Mills. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
