He was predeceased by: his parent Bernard Foltz; and his brother Stephen Foltz. He is survived by: his parent Esther Foltz (Geedey); his wife Sue Foltz (Spickler); his children, Randy Foltz (Kristin) of Steelton, Michael Foltz (Amanda) of Lewistown, Matthew Foltz (Stephanie) of Hawstone and Jonathan Foltz (Laticia) of Florida; his grandchildren, Blake Raye, Brianna Raye, Zoey Raye, Carly Raye, Wyatt Raye, Lucas Raye, Alexandria Raye and Mattie Raye; and his siblings, Lisea Spahr (Michael) of Lewistown, Leah Brentz (Renny) of Shermans Dale, Lynn Doyle (Charlie) of Lumber City and Jeff Foltz (Tammy) of Lewistown.
