It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheldon Winegardner (Lewistown, Pennsylvania), born in Milroy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 25, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Marian Lydia Winegardner (Jamison); his former wives, Janet Lee Winegardner (Jones) and Sharon Ann Winegardner (Nearhoof); his brother-in-law John Murphy; and his pet Mook.
He is survived by: his children, John Winegardner (Michelle) of Boiling Springs, Mark "Buzz" Winegardner (Lisa) of Southaven, Susan Austin (Jim) of Las Cruces, Elaine Aumiller (David) of Irwin, Tina Hale (Bryan) of Lewistown, Bobbi Jo Gantz of Milroy and Patrick Gantz (Carol) of Lewistown; his siblings, Pamilla Murphy of Aurora and Duane Winegardner of Greenville, N. C.; his nephews, John and Matt Murphy of Aurora, Ohio; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
