She is survived by: her sons, Dewayne W. Chamberlain (Wendy) of Spring Hill and Donald D. Hetrick (Susan) of Lemoyne; her granddaughters, Angela M. Chamberlain and Jessica L. Chamberlain-Glowacki; her great grandchildren, Tristan, Tyler, Talon and Tate Glowacki; and her brothers, Frederick E. of Lewistown and Clyde R. Gingerich of Lewistown.
