Skillman (Sloyer); his wife Samantha Collins; his children, Steven Barnett (Brandi) of Parkesburg, Andrew Sloyer of Reading, Tara Sloyer of Reading, Caroline Collins of Lewistown and Tabatha Conover of Parkesburg; his grandchildren, Kristi Rose Chalfant-Sloyer, Elliana Rivera, Freya, Makaylah J. Conober-Dale and Tyson Ray Blackburn; and his siblings, Monnie Rhodes of Lewistown, Jessie Rhodes of Coatesville, Keith Rhodes of Lewistown, Kenneth Rhodes (Pazia) of Coatesville and George Rhodes of Coatesville.
