She was predeceased by: her parent John Guthridge Sr.; and her siblings, Donald (Jake), John, Robert Guthridge and Mary Stewart.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Jean Guthridge (Tate); her husband John J. Earnest Jr.; her child John J. Earnest III; her wife Liz of McClure; her grandchildren, Nakeisha Manning, Natzizsha Earnest of Union Hall and Reed Earnest of Lewistown; her great grandchildren, Serenity (Paige), Addison, Colten Manning and Myah Dyal; and her siblings, Libby Hubler (Joan) of Lewistown, Linda Liddick of Lewistown, Andrew Guthridge (Darlis) of Mifflinburg, Cindy Zimmerman (Joe) of Shippensburg, Keelynn and Kadley.
