He was predeceased by: his parent William H. Harmon; his wife Genevieve Harmon (Smith); his son-in-law Stephen Hayes; and his sisters, Marjorie Druckenmiller and Betty Baker.

He is survived by: his parent Lulu Harmon (Troup); his daughters, Debra K. Hayes of Lewistown and Denise A. Bubb (William) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Tyler Bubb, Nikki Druckenmiler and Jeffrey Hayes; and his great grandchildren, Ivy Druckenmiller, Ella Druckenmiller and Emma Hayes.
