He was predeceased by: his parent William L.; and his sister Margaret L. Wagner-Clews of Pottsville. He is survived by: his parent Mercy Wagner (Schrock); his wife Kimbrah L. Wagner (Wagner); his daughters, Tiffany Shockey (Wagner), Benjamin Powell of Spring Mills and Lindsay Powell (Wagner) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Gavin Norton, Adrienne Shockey and Miles Shockey; his sister Georgia Olson of Lewistown; and his friend Edie Swank of Lewistown.
