He was predeceased by : his grandmother Virginia "Ginny" Murphy. He is survived by : his parents, Adam Kolb and Lucia Kolb (Fontanez); his siblings, Mikah of Liberty, PA, Talon Kolb of Liberty, PA and Trinity Kolb of Liberty, PA; and his grandparents, Floyd Kolb (Ann), Carla Hafflet (Lyle) of Canton, PA and Moises Fontanez.
