She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lusick and Mary Lusick (Koken). She is survived by: her husband George Lukacs; her children, Mary Kay, Jeanne Forbeck (Charles), Thomas, Rita Parry (Robert), Barbara Bart, Dorothy Phillips and Paul (Monique); her grandchildren, Tessa, Andrea, Bobby, Ryan, Kevin, Stephen, Jamie, Brad, Kelly, Lindsey, Taylor, Sean and Bryce; her great grandchildren, Avery, Lola, Ava, Jenna, Leah, Mason and Lincoln; and her brother Michael Lusick (Doreen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home (812 Main St, Portage, PA 15946). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Alleghenies Church (608 Main St, Lilly, PA 15938). A committal service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
