He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Yoma Miller (Schaffer). He is survived by: his wife Marie J. Miller (Cressman); his children, Wayne E. Miller (Cynthia), Kevin K. Miller (Kathy), Lori A. Miller and David W. Miller; his sister Evelyn Kercher; his granddaughters, Virginia Geil (Bruce) and Kathryn Houlihan (Neal); and his great grandchild Hayden Houlihan.

In lieu of flowers may be made to the church.
