He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelley and Hopeful McHenry Kelley; and his wife Nancy Long Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Love (Joe), Richard Kelley, Patrick Kelley and Christopher Kelley. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
