He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Keith and Stella Horning Keith. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Haldeman Keith; his daughters, Micki (Terry Carper) of Lititz and Suzanne (Richard Graff) of Lititz; and his brother Clifford Keith of Lititz. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter.
