She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Kochel; and her parents, Harold G Cook and Helen I Cook (Martz). She is survived by: her children, Sherri Forry (Jeff), Jeff Adams (Karyn) of Leland, NC and Steven Adams (Erica); her grandchildren, Brant Forry, Jared Adams, Max Adams of Leland, NC, LeAnne Shernce (Shawn) of Great Meadows, NJ and Emma Adams of Richmond, VA; her great grandchild Natalie Shernce of Great Meadows, NJ.; and her sisters, Deb Strait (Tom) and Sally Lauver (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
