Richard A. Neal Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Neal of Little Marsh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Neal and Dorothy Neal (Hurd); and his brother Winfield Neal, II. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Neal; his sons, Ricky and Raymond Neal; and his siblings, Lynn, George, Phil, Steve, Janet and Amy. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
