With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deloris A. Lowman (Littlestown, Pennsylvania), born in Georgetown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2020 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Lowman; and her parents, Fred, Sr. Walthall and Francis Walthall (Demsey). She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Miller of Westminster, Jean Stevens of East Berlin, Jennifer Ashley of Tennessee and Donna Bracy of Virginia; and her siblings, Fred, Dwight, Margo, LeNae and Cheryl. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
