He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia W. Fisher (Ginny); his parents, Roland W. Fisher, Sr. and Mary E. Fisher (Gray); and his sister Elizabeth Endlich (Fisher). He is survived by: his children, William R. Fisher (Louise) of Westminster, John S. Fisher (Jody) of Stewartstown, Jeanne M. Kroll (Frank) of Baltimore County and Deborah A. Miller (Robert) of Laurel, DE. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
