Muriel F. Laible Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel F. Laible (Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 7, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Frederick Kapphahn and Edna Margaret Kapphahn (Pollock); her mother-in-law Lucille Marcy Laible Young; her sister Betty Buchanan; her brother-in-law Kay Buchanan; her brother Al Kapphahn; her brother-in-law John Tschosik; her siblings, Katherine Post and Jerome Kapphahn; and her siblings-in-law, Vince Horst and Joyce Laible.

She is survived by: her children, Margaret DeAngelis of Allegheny Township, Marcy Homel (Kevin) of Allegheny Township, Liz Adamosky (Michael) of New Kensington, Candace Prietsch (Jack) of Winter Springs, Jean Laible of New Kensington, Cliff Laible (Ann) of Arnold, Michelle Jolly of Seminole, Mury Laible (Suresh Shankarakrishna) of Columbia and Maria Hewitt (Scott) of Bel Air; her sister-in-law Mary Lou Kapphahn of Minneapolis, Minn.; her sisters, Jean Tschosik of Sterling, Ill., Connie Fritz (Jack) of Sterling, Ill. and Mary Lou Hermes (Harry) of Sterling, Ill.; her sister-in-law Deborah Kapphahn; her brothers, William Kapphahn (Pam) of Centerville, Minn., Robert Kapphahn (Ginny) of Cedar, Minn. and Michael Kapphahn (Diana) of San Diego, Calif.; and her siblings-in-law, Josephine Horst of Waunakee, Wis. and Roger Laible (Marilyn) of Ocala, Fla.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Try Life Center in Lower Burrell or Holy Cross Hospice in Silver Springs, Md.
