With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman C. Libengood (Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 24, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy M. Libengood (Thomas); his child Sharon Ann Jackson; and his grandchild Jonathan Adam Houck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman's memory may be made to Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington, CT 06111.
