Rebuck (Cameron); his siblings, Kim Rebuck (Brenda) and Ann Keller (Gary); and his caregivers, Amy Bingaman, Susan Willard and Dr. Michael VanScoy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and Marie's siblings and spouses.
