He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean and Martha; and his brother Robert Loy. He is survived by: his wife Sue Neely (Neely); his sister Pat Millerstown (Barnes); his sibling's children, Brian Loy (Elisabeth) of Fleetwood, PA. and Emily Bowen (Loy); and his grandchildren, Travis, Wylie Loy, Jake and Riley Bowen-Ashwin. He is also survived by children, and grandchildren.
