She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edgar and Geraldine Mae Nearhood (Prye) of Thompsontown; her husband Marvin Ray Emlet; her sister Arlene; and her nephew David Emlet.
She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Emlet (Jody) of Elkins Park and Mileen K. Emlet of Loysville; and her grandchildren, Lydia M. Gjorvad (Noah) of Lakehurst, NJ and Luke R. Emlet of Lancaster. She is also survived by one nephew and many nieces.
