We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2021, at the age of 75, Georgia Zack of Lucernemines, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Georgia Zack to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Burkley and Betty Burkley (Aukerman); her husband Thomas F. Zack; and her brother Thomas Burkley. She is survived by : her brother Gary Burkley (Marge) of Indiana; and her friends, Beverly Johnston and Barb Marsh. She is also survived by wife and children.

Memorial donations in her name can be sent to I AWMC Church, corner of church and 12th street, Indiana, PA 15701. Please designate any donations for the Building Fund for the new church they are building for the future.
