He is survived by : his parents, Rev. Gary and Karen Mills (Lukens); his children, Harmony, Adelyn and Elijah Mills; and his siblings, Yvonne DeLong (Stephen) of Indiana, Stephen Mills (Kezia) of Brazil and Timothy Mills (Nicole). He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
