He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Webster Collins Sr. and Pauline Collins (Rotnour). He is survived by : his wife Carol (Connolly); his children, Craig M. Collins (Stefani) and Christen L. Martino (Eric); and his grandchildren, Alexei, Andrew Collins, Caeli, Keira and Megan Martino.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to Shriners Hospital for Children or Alzheimer's Association.
