He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Milligan and Agnes Milligan (Rementer); and his sister Kathryn Ann Cleary. He is survived by : his wife Susan M. Milligan (Moore); his children, David John Milligan, Jr. (Kimberly) of Harleysville and Pamela J. McCarthy (David J.) of Macungie; his grandchildren, Sally (Matt), Mandy (Anthony), Heather, David and Grace; and his great grandchild Jack.
