He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony L. Cafariella and Nancy Cafariella (Suppa); and his sister Linda L. Simek. He is survived by: his children, Wayne A. Cafariella (Valerie) of Melbourne, FL, Cherilyn Lou Mazzarella (Nicholas) of Selden, NY and Glenn Scott Cafariella of Garden City, NY; his grandchildren, Wayne A. Cafariella Jr. (Fran), Christie Jones (Ian), Lindsay Cafariella, Jordan Cafariella, Samantha Mooney (Nicholas) and Cayla Mazzarella; his great grandchildren, Coral Mae Cafariella and Mason Cafariella; and his sister Nancy Vanderhoff of Williamsburg, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
