He was predeceased by : his parents, Velma Boussum (Deibler) and Luther Boussum; his wife Sylvia A. Seitz; and his grandson Brian. He is survived by : his children, Thomas S. Boussum of Shenandoah and Christel Liptok of Pottsville; and his grandchildren, Ashely Cordova of Pottsville, Nicholas J. Liptok of Pottsville, Thomas Jr. of Pottsville, Jason Boussum of Pottsville and John J. Liptok of Gordon.
