Waughen of Mahoning, Pennsylvania, born in Milton, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 88, on May 28, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. Waughen and Martha Waughen (Reeder); and his siblings, Melva Burns, Donald Waughen Sr. and Ceril A. Waughen.

He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Cooper; his daughters, Debra Harmon (Daniel) of Watsontown, Carol Waughen of Lewisburg and Jill Davidson (Thomas) of Milton; and his grandchildren, Nicole Huey, Joshua Criswell, Meghan Zettelmoyer, Daniel Waughen and Sofia Waughen. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

Due to the current pandemic services will be held at a later date.
