She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kromer and Irene Kromer (Hoffmann); her daughter Kay-Marie Suder; and her son-in-law Brian Barto. She is survived by: her husband Henry B. Bisbing; her daughter Julia L. Barto of Slatington; and her sister Kay Begel. She is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 4 grandsons, 4 great-grandsons, nieces & nephews.
