She was predeceased by : her father James Forrest; and her grandmother Marion Jackson. She is survived by : her mother Phyllis Forrest (Jackson); her husband Richard B. Packer; her children, Allison Packer of Mainesburg, PA, Breanna Packer of Blossburg, PA and Brian Packer (Sherry) of Mainesburg, PA; and her siblings, Dan "Jim" Jackson (Diane) of Barnegat, NJ, Debbie Campbell of Mainesburg, PA and Cindy Larcombe (Scott) of Blossburg, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
