He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. Simmons (Miller); his daughters, Kelly Avery and Michele Bunting; his sister Christine A. O'Connor; his grandchildren, Ashely M. Bunting and Dylan M. Avery; his niece Dawn M. Batties; and his nephew Allen R. O'Connor.
