He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Ann Kulp (Floyd); his parent Amelia Kulp Amos (Geib); and his sister Ruth Shelly (Dave) of Manheim. He is survived by: his children, Tawn Battiste (Anthony) of Holtwood, Kelly Kulp of Manheim and Tracee Montpetit (Stephen) of Akron.
