He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Stuck and Minnie E. Speck Stuck; his former wife Irene R. Petrina Stuck; his wife Kathleen F. Goshorn Stuck; and his siblings, June A. Hancock, Mary E. Olson Keefer, Virginia L. Koons, Kenneth R. Stuck, Charles A. Stuck, Edward M. Stuck and Robert W. Stuck.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa M. Hancock (Donald) of Harrisburg, Lisa E. Baker (Douglas) of Carlisle, Kenneth R. Stuck (Suzanne) of Harrisburg, Philip A. Stuck of Duncannon and Daniel J. Stuck (Janice) of Palmyra. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
