He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Sr. Hall and Francis Ann Dillon Hall; and his son Donald R. Hall. He is survived by: his wife Julie Spencer Hall; his daughter Deborah (Mark Pearce) of Damascus, GA; and his sisters, Barbara (Martin McKenna) of Massapequa Park, NY and Mary.
