He was predeceased by: his parent Albert R. Nissley; and his sisters, Irene Nissley and Virginia Nissley. He is survived by: his parent Stella Witmer Nissley; his spouse Mary C. Bauman Nissley; and his daughters, Diane L. Zaiac (Paul) of Marietta, Joyce E. Jones (William) of Lancaster, Barbara J. Carmer (Kasey) of Penns Grove, NJ, Eileen K. Nissley and Cheryl A. Nissley.
