James Dowhen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2020, at the age of 85, James Dowhen (Manheim, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Dowhen and Rose Dowhen (Heck); and his former wife Muriel DeVogel Dowhen. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Levin); his children, Steve Dowhen (Colette) of Manheim and Janice Jensen (late Robert) of Lititz; and his stepsons, Robert Wozniak (Elka) of Puyallup, WA and John Wozniak (Dana) of Downingtown. He is also survived by four grandchildren and their three spouses; three great-grandsons; two step-granddaughters; and two step-great granddaughters.
Unfortunately, due to health concerns with the coronavirus (COVID-19), the family will be postponing Jim's celebration of life service and will make an announcement at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harvest Bible Church, 1460 Eden Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.
