He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Stauffer Sr. and Florence Stauffer (Gerz); and his aunt Veronica Gerz. He is survived by: his wife Marie F. Stauffer (Ganse); his granddaughter Sophie; his children, John C. Stauffer, III (Heather) and Wendy Forshey (Jason); and his sisters, Jane Greven and Florence "Bobbie" Zuzu. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
