With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Tinney Garrett (Manheim, Pennsylvania), born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on April 13, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis A Garrett; her parents, Lillian Blumenauer Tinney and Frank S Tinney; and her siblings, Frank Tinney, Lewis Tinney and Edna Wachter.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald L. Garrett (Cheryl) of Columbus, OH and Thomas A. Garrett (Jan) of Lancaster, PA.; her grandchildren, Angela Snyder (Scott), Jeffrey Garrett (Kim), Jacob Garrett (Megan), Stephanie Blazer (Dan), Whitney Keaton (Dan) and Amy Belicev (Misha); her great grandchildren, Clara, Reagan, Reese, Brooks, Julia, Lincoln, Penelope, Scarlet, Olivia, Haley, Addison, Isaac and Jackson; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Hartlaub. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a future date due to COVID-19.
