She was predeceased by: her sister Edith Daub. She is survived by: her spouse Burnell Forney; her sons, Ernest L., Glenda Forney of Carmel, IN, Ronald, Marie Forney of Clarmont, FL, Alan and Peg Forney of Alton, NY; her grandchildren, Matthew, Katie Forney, LeeAnn, Chayse Forney, Kelly and Ben Stevens; her stepgranddaughter Haley Kinsey; and her sister Barbara Miller.
