She was predeceased by: her parent Herman H. Geib; her spouse William F. Noggle; and her siblings, Gladys Balmer and Darwin "Jim" Geib. She is survived by: her parent Elsie Shreiner Geib; and her children, Scott Noggle of East Petersburg, Kerry Noggle and Dawn Hess of Manheim.
