Dulaney (Marianna, Pennsylvania), born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 20, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William F. Bert and Mary M. Bert; her husband Billy C. Dulaney; her daughters, Mary Blaze of Marianna, Denise Taylor (Vince) of Marianna and Shannon Dulaney (Jason Seaman) of Marianna; her grandchildren, Justin Dranzo (Samantha), Amber Taylor and Amanda Blaze; her stepgrandchildren, Emma Seaman, Garrett Seaman, Daniel Seaman and Elizabeth Seaman; her great grandchild Charlize Dranzo; her siblings, Neva Ross (Irvin) of Marianna and Earl Bert (Paula) of Monroeville; her stepmother Sophie Bert; and her stepbrothers, Robert and William Rush.
