She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Cumberledge and Alma Cumberledge; her boyfriend John Joe Robison; her child Sandy Ray (Tom); her former life partner Charles Edward Bowers Sr.; and her brothers, George Cumberledge, Ray Cumberledge, Charles "Butch" Cumberledge and Paul Cumberledge.

She is survived by : her children, Charles Bowers, Lonnie Bowers, Clarissa Weaver (Scott) and Dennis Bowers (Emily); and her sisters, Kay Smith, Joetta Thomas and Bonnie Young (Michael Cumberledge). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
