She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ron Dickel and Jean Dickel (Troutman); her husband Alan Fulton; her children, Wayne of Marietta, Francis of Marietta, Benjamin of Marietta and Veronica Fulton of Marietta; and her siblings, Edward Dickel (Tammy) of York and Valerie Weirich.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church (209 S Market St, Mount Joy, PA 17552). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Episcopal Church (209 S Market St, Mount Joy, PA 17552).
