It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Charles Rutter Jr. (Marietta, Pennsylvania), born in Columbia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Margaret E. Rutter (Rapp); and his parent John C., Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Lulu Rutter (Seyler); his sons, John C. Rutter, III, Viki Malone, Marietta Rutter and James Rutter; his siblings, Delores Eck, Patricia Sperows, Robert Rutter and Thomas Rutter; and his grandchildren, Emily, Matthew, Jamison, Hope and Darius. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
