Biller (Rick); his wife Claudia; his son Carter; his brother Stephen Penwell (Jen) of Broomall; his stepsiblings, Darby Burnell (Chris) of Mechanicsburg, Matt Biller (Andrea) of Mechanicsburg and Sean Biller of Philadelphia; his half-brothers, Jack Penwell of Enola, Joey Penwell of Enola and Ben Penwell of Enola; his grandparents, Richard, Emma Penwell (Carter), Lester M. and Vera N. Grove; and his uncle Dicky Penwell. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
