We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2025, at the age of 98, Jean F. Wetzel of Marion Center, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband H. Earl Wetzel; her sons, Charles "Chuck" Wetzel and David Earl Wetzel; her brother John "Jack" Farnsworth; and her parents, Eulale Farnsworth and John F. Farnsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wetzel (Susie), Wade Wetzel (Kathie), Harry "Bud" Wetzel (Aleta) and Patricia Fenton (Randy); her daughter-in-law Jamie Wetzel; her sister Mine Farnsworth; and her grandchildren, Angela Libel (Shane), Montana, Amy Rose (Shawn), Aaron Wetzel (Michelle), Deckers Point, Mark Wetzel, Megan Hogan (Sean), Todd Wetzel (Angela), Kathy Barr (Frank), Pine Flats, Dana Propst (Tyler), Georgia and Kyle McFarland (Nicole). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Deeley Funeral Home (33 Hillcrest Dr, Punxsutawney, PA 15767). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
